Stevens 12 gauge,semi-auto, 3" chamber, 28" ribbed barrel, 5 shot +1 (2-3/4) shells, black, Turkish walnut stock, Hi-Viz sight, set of 3 Beretta/Benelli Mobil chokes in a plastic case with the choke tool, F-IM-M, with a plastic plug for 3 shot waterfowl hunting, all in very good condition, fired only a few times. It accepts 2-3/4 and 3" shotshells. This gun has had 1 owner, is in perfect working order, is a year old and was not used for hunting. It has the original factory  box and documentation. No scratches, no wear signs, no dings, no dents. A great looking, solid shotgun in like new condition.
